In late 2022, over a few friendly drinks, two individuals realized that the massively growing solar panel installation market inevitably lacked a market for proper maintenance on these new expensive pieces of equipment. After further insight into the solar space and research on California’s 2018 mandate requiring solar panels as a part of all new building codes, these two decided to put their solar panel & business backgrounds to work for the neighborhoods near you.

Squeaky Clean Solar LLC was proudly incorporated in February 2023 as a partnership between Hunter Gutierrez and FJ Husic with the goal of saving people money and reducing California’s carbon footprint. We have been lucky enough to grow through neighbors, families and friends. Here at Squeaky Clean Solar, we’ve also realized that while we’re up there cleaning your panels, we would be happy to assist with any gutter & window cleaning services. Hunter Gutierrez

Prior to Squeaky Clean Solar LLC, Hunter Gutierrez quickly excelled to Roof Lead at Lumio, a prominent solar panel installation company. Hunter’s comfortability with solar panels will help eliminate mistakes and allow our work to be done quickly. Responsibilities while at Lumio included oversight of entire roof installations. His ability to learn quickly, listen to those around him and be diligent on the job, fast tracked his promotions within the firm over many other older candidates. Hunter often touts his fast problem solving and ability to find creative solutions coupled with cautious habits, making him the ideal person to clean your solar, gutter and window systems. Other notable relevant experiences include three years with Perfect Delivery and Logistics Services LLC as a supervisor.

FJ Husic

FJ Husic is an investment banker with North Point Mergers and Acquisitions, a notable consumer investment bank based in San Francisco. Prior to this experience, he has worked for two other banks, Stifel & Houlihan Lokey, in New York City and San Francisco, respectively. He received his Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Finance in three and a half years from Claremont McKenna College, becoming the only student to earn both in such a time frame. FJ’s financial and operational knowledge help drive every customer’s seamless experience, allowing you to save money & save the environment instantly.
